Job Description

  • Perform the full spectrum of coordination and administrative duties.
  • Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare data for data entries
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct and incompatibilities if possible and check output
  • Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents
  • Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
  • Scan documents and print files, when required
  • Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
  • Comply with provided timelines for reports and submission deadlines
  • Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is readily available
  • To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma or equivalent
  • Fresh Canditate is encouraged to apply
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Team Work Spirit
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience in accounting is an added advantage¬†
