Job Description

To answer to our online enquiries and convert them to a sale. (Enquiries are given, no need to search for leads)
To take note of fire extinguisher serial numbers (Fun fact: Each fire extinguisher has a unique ID where a Bomba License needs to be issued. Don't worry, this is pretty simple stuff!)
To help out with fulfilling of our online orders.
To keep our customers in the loop on the status of their fire extingushers.
To communicate with the other departments of the company to ensure the Bomba License is all in order

Must have great convincing abilities. Can you sell ice to an eskimo?
Fast learner - will have to be able to pickup processes as well as tools implemented in the team
Annoyingly great at following up with customers without being too annoying.
Must have a passion in achieving goals
Must be curious - always asking why and challenging the status quo - appropriately.
Must be fun. Well, fun is subjective. But we love fun personalities.
Preferably able to speak and communicate in the common languages in Malaysia.
