Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Accounts Executive to join our finance team as the company moves into its next phase of expansion. You will manage the full spectrum of accounting operations while supporting management with financial reporting and insights to drive business growth.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in the construction and engineering industry who is ready to take on more responsibility and grow into a leadership path as the company scales.

Responsibilities

• Manage the GL, AR and AP functions.
• Prepare, review and post journal entries accurately and on time.
• Perform reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Handle a full set of accounts, including the monthly, quarterly and annual closing.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and company policies.
• Maintain proper filling of all financial and administrative documents.

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting or a related field.
• At least 3 to 4 years of accounting experience within the construction or engineering sector.
• Practical experience with AutoCount, QuickBooks, or SQL accounting software.
• Able to multitask, meet deadlines efficiently, and pay attention to detail.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and capable of preparing structured documentation and reports.
• Proactive, self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
