Job Description

  • Prepare and issue spare parts quotations and project quotations accurately and on time
  • Coordinate with sales, project, and technical teams for quotation and project-related matters
  • Prepare itineraries and arrange hotel and taxi bookings for business trips
  • Handle administrative paperwork, including filing, documentation, and internal coordination
  • Manage and follow up on exhibition-related paperwork
  • Maintain proper records of quotations, projects, and administrative documents
  • Support other ad-hoc administrative and coordination tasks as required

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or administrative roles (preferred)
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Required languages: English, Chinese & Bahasa Malaysia
