Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to clients in accordance with clinical guidelines and FitHeart Wellness standards.
   
• Conduct patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and document medical information accurately.
   
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as required.
   
• Assist in wellness programs, health screenings, and patient education activities.
   
• Support doctors and other healthcare providers during procedures and consultations.
   
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized clinical environment.
   
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
   
• Ensure compliance with all clinical, safety, and regulatory requirements.
   

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) certification from an accredited nursing program.
   
• Valid Nursing License recognized in Malaysia.
   
• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience (clinic, hospital, or wellness centre experience preferred).
   
• Strong knowledge of nursing procedures, patient care standards, and clinical safety protocols.
   
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
   
• Compassionate, responsible, and able to work independently when required.
   
• Willing to work weekends and flexible hours.
   
• Must be based in Johor Bahru or willing to relocate.
