Job Description

The Marketing Intern will support the marketing team in executing digital campaigns, content creation, social media management, and market research activities. This role is ideal for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented student or fresh graduate who is eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing and branding projects.

Key Responsibilities
a) Content Creation & Social Media

● Assist in creating engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).

● Schedule and publish weekly posts and stories.

● Support in video shooting, editing, and basic graphic design.

● Monitor trends and suggest creative ideas for online content.

b) Digital Marketing Support

● Assist in running social media ads, tracking performance, and preparing basic reports.

● Support SEO/SEM activities such as keyword research and website content updates.

● Help manage company website updates and landing pages.

c) Market Research & Analysis

● Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and audience insights.

● Prepare simple data analysis and reports to support ongoing campaigns.

d) Event & Campaign Support

● Assist in planning and executing offline and online marketing events.

● Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners for campaign needs.

● Support logistics and administrative tasks for marketing initiatives.

e) Administrative & Coordination Tasks

● Maintain marketing documents, assets, and databases.

● Handle day-to-day coordination work as required by the team.

Job Requirements

Requirements

● Pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field.

● Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.

● Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or other graphic/video editing tools is an advantage.

● Good communication skills in English (and other languages if relevant).

● Creative, proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.

● Ability to work independently and in a team.
