1.Responsible for daily operation and maintenance of the production environment, health checks of systems and network devices, start/stop services, and daily scheduled tasks monitoring. 7x24shift-based operation.
2.Daily operation and maintenance tasks, including remote monitoring and analysis of the availability, stability, and resources utilization of servers, network devices, and databases.
3.Respond quickly to issues in the production environment and effectively allocate tasks to minimize impact on business operations.
4.Responsible for developing and implementing system maintenance plans, including regular system checks, upgrades, and patch management to ensure continuous operation and security.
5.Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity plan testing, ensuring rapid recovery of business operations in emergencies.
1.Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2.Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a system engineer or in a related role, with practical experience handling system issues in a production environment.
3.Proficient in at least one scripting language, such as BASH, PowerShell, or Windows Batch, with the ability to write and maintain automation scripts.
4.Familiar with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, with preference given to candidates with hands-on deployment and operation experience.
5.Able to read and understand technical documentation in English and communicate in English with overseas users.
6.Familiar with monitoring tools like Prometheus, with the ability to configure and optimize monitoring systems.
7.Has experience in supporting multi-system environments and is capable of managing servers, operating systems, databases, and other related components.
8.Willing and able to work in rotational shifts (Morning: 7 AM - 4 PM, Evening: 3 PM - 12 AM).
9.Exposure to Service Desk or ITSM tools/processes is added advantage.
