About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Mass Communication student to join our Sales and Marketing team as an intern. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and communication techniques while working in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

• Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients or customers.
• Support the team in preparing sales pitches, presentations, and proposals.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Marketing Campaigns

• Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (online and offline).
• Manage social media accounts by creating, scheduling, and posting engaging content.
• Help in designing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and email templates.

Customer Engagement

• Support in organizing promotional events or product launches.
• Assist in maintaining customer relationships through email, phone, or face-to-face communication.
• Collect and analyze feedback from campaigns and events to improve future strategies.

Administrative Tasks

• Maintain records of sales, marketing materials, and client interactions.
• Assist in generating regular reports on sales performance and campaign success.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• Passionate about sales and marketing with a creative mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics) is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
• A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
