What started out as a microbakery at REXKL, Flaaah was initiated with just the intent of setting benchmark for good and accessible pastries in KL, whilst encouraging transparency with what goes in our food.&nbsp;

Our vision

<li>Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make baked goods, such as cookies, bread, cakes, etc.</li>
<li>Decorate baked products using glaze, icing and other toppings to achieve a finished appearance.</li>
<li>Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls.</li>
<li>Cleaning and restocking workstations and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.</li>
