Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Global Industrial & Systems located in PTP, Johor.

What a typical day looks like

• Assist in implementing Global Industrial and Systems Engineering standardization systems that support F3 initiatives alongside the systems owners.

• Methodology Assistance: Contribute to the standardization of labor and equipment capacity analysis methodologies and processes within Industrial Engineering, ensuring compliance with established standards.

• Aid in analyzing IE standards, work measurement,  and methodologies & processes to optimize resource allocation following project milestones under the guidance of department  systems owners

• Participate in the standardization of processes for standards management, resource optimization, and productivity performance management, working collaboratively with team members.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, systems engineering, operations engineering, or a related field.

• Typically requires 3-5 years of relevant hands-on experience in industrial engineering roles, preferably within manufacturing or operational environments.

• Basic understanding of industrial engineering principles and methodologies.

• Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving techniques.

• Familiarity with Industrial Engineering design software and resource planning tools is a plus.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on collaboration.

• Must be able to support different time zones and demonstrate willingness to provide on-site mobility support as needed.
