Responsibilities

  • Daily Operations & Guest Experience
  • Supervise floor operations and guest services to help us maintain our high-performance dining standards.
  • Coordinate daily opening and closing procedures, allowing you to master the operational mechanics of a high-volume restaurant.
  • Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards are strictly met so that we can together protect our brand reputation.
  • Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, coach, and motivate restaurant team members to help us build a positive, supportive work culture.
  • Train and develop new team members, allowing you to develop essential mentoring and supervisory skills.
  • Business Support & Planning
  • Monitor inventory and stock levels to help us minimize wastage and optimize operational costs.
  • Assist with manpower planning and staff scheduling so that our team runs smoothly across all shifts.

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Qualifications & Experience
  • Malaysian citizen who is willing to relocate and work in Singapore.
  • Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institution (fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
  • Prior supervisory experience in hospitality, retail, or F&B is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Hard Skills & Knowledge
  • Basic understanding of restaurant operations or retail environment workflows.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays to support operational needs.
  • Soft Skills & Qualities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead diverse teams effectively.
  • Positive learning attitude and a high level of adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
