Job Description

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, system integrators, OEMs, and end users.
• Identify new sales opportunities for top chain conveyors, conveyor components, and automation systems.
• Understand customer production and material-handling requirements and recommend suitable conveyor solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, layouts, and presentations.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with customers to understand application requirements.
• Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure proposed solutions meet customer specifications.
• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Follow up on quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and achieve sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and potential new applications.
• Provide after-sales technical support and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in conveyor systems, automation, material handling, or industrial equipment sales.
• Strong technical sales and customer-facing skills.
• Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and travel for customer visits when required.
• Possession of a valid driving licence is preferred.
• Good communication skills; positive and self-motivated.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Willing to learn.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented, Able to work under pressure.
• Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin to effectively liaise, build relationships, and conduct discussions with primary Mandarin-speaking clients.
