 About the position

Flexpack Systems Sdn. Bhd. is on the lookout for a committed Engineer to become part of our team. This full-time position is located in Selangor, where your primary responsibility will be to deliver technical support and maintenance services that guarantee the efficient functioning of our packaging machinery and equipment.

Your responsibilities will include

• Conducting routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on packaging machinery and equipment
• Diagnosing and resolving technical problems to reduce downtime and sustain productivity
• Implementing preventative maintenance and improvement strategies to boost equipment efficiency
• Recording and reporting all maintenance tasks and equipment performance metrics
• Working alongside the production team to ensure optimal and effective equipment operation
• Offering training and support to operators on the correct usage and upkeep of machinery
• Complying with all applicable safety standards and environmental regulations

Job Requirements

What we're looking for

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering 
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
• Candidates with 2 years of experience as a Technician or in a similar technical role, preferably within the packaging or manufacturing industry will be advantage. 
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve a wide range of technical issues
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals
• Good problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Commitment to continuous learning and a proactive approach to professional development
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and the ability to work in a safe manner
