 About the role

Flexpack Systems Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated Technician to join our team. This is a full-time role based in Selangor, where you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to ensure the smooth operation of our packaging machinery and equipment. 

Job Requirements

What you'll be doing

• Performing regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on packaging machines and equipment
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity
• Conducting preventative maintenance and implementing improvement measures to enhance equipment performance
• Documenting and reporting on all maintenance activities and equipment performance
• Collaborating with the production team to ensure efficient and effective equipment operation
• Providing training and guidance to operators on the proper use and maintenance of machinery
• Adhering to all relevant safety protocols and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering 
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
• Candidates with 2 years of experience as a Technician or in a similar technical role, preferably within the packaging or manufacturing industry will be advantage. 
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve a wide range of technical issues
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals
• Good problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Commitment to continuous learning and a proactive approach to professional development
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and the ability to work in a safe manner
