Job Description

• Set up, operate, and maintain sound, lighting, and video systems for live events, performances, and productions.
• Manage audio mixing consoles, microphones, speakers, amplifiers, lighting consoles, dimmers, rigging systems, and video projection/LED systems.
• Conduct sound, lighting, and video checks before events to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with event managers, performers, and production teams to deliver high-quality technical support. 
• Program and operate lighting and video systems to create the desired effects.
• Provide on-site technical support during live events to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain, repair, and safely store all audio-visual equipment.
• Keep up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Audio/Visual Technology, Sound Engineering, Lighting Design, Event Technology, or related field. 
• Hands-on experience with audio, lighting, and video equipment (minimum 1–2 years; fresh graduates with relevant training/internship are encouraged to apply).
• Strong technical knowledge of audio mixing, lighting programming, and video projection/LED systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and work under pressure in a fast-paced event environment.
• Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit to handle equipment setup and dismantling.
