About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Social Media & Digital Marketing Designer to drive both creative execution and performance across our digital channels.

This role sits at the intersection of content, design, and revenue — you will create, test, and optimise campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and our websites.

If you enjoy building high-converting creatives and seeing your work translate into sales, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Create high-quality social media content and ad creatives (images, short videos, banners) 
• Plan and execute content calendars across platforms 
• Design performance-driven ads for Meta and TikTok 
• Manage and optimise e-commerce visuals (Shopee, Lazada, website assets) 
• Work closely with marketing to test different creative angles and concepts 
• Analyse performance (CTR, ROAS, conversions) and refine creatives 
• Maintain a consistent and premium brand visual identity 
• Stay updated on trends, formats, and platform best practices
  

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Strong design skills (clean, modern, commercial) 
• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (video editing is a plus) 
• Understanding of social media trends and content formats 
• Able to think both creatively and commercially 
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver consistently
  
  Bonus Skills
• Experience running or supporting Meta / TikTok Ads 
• Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, Shopify 
• Basic copywriting skills 
• Experience in retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands
