As a member of the Flux Business Development team, you will be a key part of driving growth through targeted and meaningful conversations with potential subscribers.
You will bring your flair for sales and drive for achieving challenging targets to further scale the Individual and Business verticals. You will also have the opportunity work with the different teams within Flux, especially the Operations and Dealer Liaison teams. In short, you will gain exposure to the behind-the-scenes process of making Flux’s fantastic customer journey happen, and sharing this with prospects.
Job Description
- Contact potential subscribers to introduce, explain and convert leads into subscribers
- Liaise with the different teams to get the best-fit vehicle to a subscriber
- Provide feedback to the Business Development Director based on your engagements with our customers
- Review current sales processes – what can be done better, faster and easier?
Depending on your performance, you may be considered for a full-time role at the end of the internship tenure.
