Job Description
Flux is an innovative business (first of its kind in Malaysia), and we need someone who can convince traditional automotive industry to adopt the next generation of car ownership, Flux.
- Develop supply-side growth and sales strategy, to expand Flux’s curated collection of cars.
- Cultivate and enhance relationships with OEMs and client dealerships
- Manage the balance and availability of inventory across the platform to ensure listings are accurate and optimised
- Develop and implement pricing strategy and implement it during partner negotiations
- Build relationships and manage strategic partners and 3rd party vendors
- Manage the operational execution of vehicle maintenance
Job Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience in automotive industry strongly preferred
- Great communication skills and ability to sell sell sell!
- High commitment to detail for all outside facing communication
- Ability to structure partnership deals
- Excellent people and project management skills
- Have an interest and understanding of how technology is disrupting the automotive industry
- Bonus Points: Has an established network of contacts with new and used car dealerships.
