Job Description

1. Design Management: Participate in the management and coordination of mechanical engineering projects, including planning, resource allocation, and progress control;
2. Cost Management: Monitor project cost control to ensure projects are completed within budget, and identify opportunities to reduce costs and optimize efficiency;
3. Client Communication: Communicate and negotiate with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and promptly resolve issues and provide satisfactory solutions;
4. Personnel Development: Participate in training and development programs for team members to enhance their technical skills and problem-solving
5. Design and analysis: Responsible for the overall system structure design and evaluation of new product development or product improvement projects;
6. Quality Control: Responsible for the quality control of mechanical products or equipment to ensure compliance with relevant standards and specifications;
7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with team members, other engineers, and relevant departments to achieve project objectives and requirements.
8. Design Process: Responsible for establishing and improving internal design standards and development processes within the mechanical team, and cultivating and enhancing the professional capabilities

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Design and Automation or related field, fresh graduate is acceptable

Candidates with over 1 year of experience in 3C product testing automation or assembly automation is an added advantage

Experience in 3C product testing automation or assembly automation, capable of independently communicating with clients and analyzing their requirements, and possessing the ability to independently design non-standard testing automation equipment from concept to completion and the ability to optimize design costs.

1. Proficient in CAD and SolidWorks software; experience with simulation software such as ANSYS is preferred.
2. Proficient in conducting probability-based tolerance analysis for non-standard equipment and optimizing tolerance chain design.
3. Proficient in English reading and writing; oral and listening skills are not required.
4. Strong ability to analyze and resolve issues on-site at client locations, with the ability to adapt to short-term business trips.
5. Outgoing personality, strong stress tolerance, and teamwork spirit, willing to work overtime.
