<li>Adopting effective and innovative methods of recruitment in order to deliver headcount targets.</li>
<li>Prepare recruitment reports in order to monitor and assess effectiveness of recruitment strategies.</li>
<li>Prepare and complete the recruitment administrative functions.</li>
