Job Description

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with aviation industry clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the aviation sector, developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Event Participation: Represent the company at aviation industry events, job fairs, and tradeshows to promote services and create brand awareness.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and offerings.
  • Customized Solutions: Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and tailor recruitment solutions.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue generation, providing regular reports to the Director of Sales and Business Development.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing significantly to the company's overall growth.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communicator.
  • To develop new business and servicing existing customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software programs.
  • Good customer service and sales skills.
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks accordingly
  • Set the appointment with new prospects.
  • Team player who is able to maintain an effective working relationship
  • Ability to travel as required
