Job Description

• Respond promptly to incoming sales inquiries and provide accurate product or service information to customers.
• Prepare accurate and timely Quotations, Proposals, and process sales orders.
   
• Generate and actively follow up on sales leads through phone, email, and various messaging platforms.
    
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive customer retention and repeat business.
   
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets.
   
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery and service execution.
   
• Maintain and update customer records using CRM systems or other internal platforms.
   
• Assist in the execution of marketing initiatives, including promotions, campaigns, and events.
   
• Prepare and submit comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.  
• 2 years of experience in sales or customer service is preferred (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).  
• Strong communication skills in English, Bahasa, Mandarin 
• A confident, self-driven, and results-oriented individual.  
• Capable of handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).  
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
