Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Intern to support daily administrative and customs-related operations. This role offers valuable exposure to import/export processes and logistics coordination in a dynamic working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of all customs-related documents
- Provide administrative support including data entry and maintaining accurate transaction records
- Assist in processing import and export permits, licenses, and related documentation
- Ensure documentation complies with customs regulations and import/export requirements
- Support ad-hoc duties related to customs and logistics operations as assigned
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any field
- Available to commence internship in June/July 2026
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Able to commit to the full internship duration
