Job Description
1. Creating and executing designs for communications, digital content and assets
2. Creating visual designs and animations across a diverse range of marketing channels including paid digital, high impact and social ad units
3. Gathering all relevant facts for each project and ensuring all deliverables communicate the correct information according to branding guidelines
4. Generate clear ideas, concepts, and designs of creative assets from beginning to end
5. Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception
6. Collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes marketers, creative directors, and product managers in order to create compelling designs.
Job Requirements
1. Proficiency of the English language
2. Bachelor’s in graphic design or a related field, or significantly equivalent experience
3. Min 3+ years graphic design experience either in an inhouse marketing team or agency
4. A strong portfolio that showcases aesthetic awareness and design problem solving abilities
5. Solid knowledge and use of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
6. Highly developed motion graphic design and video editing skills
7. Experience in/or interest in video production and/or animation is highly regarded
8. A basic working knowledge of screen design tools like Sketch
9. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain design decisions in words and writing
10. The ability to receive, interpret, and implement constructive feedback from project stakeholders into your design work
11. Able to learn new tools and processes quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment
