Short Summary:

We’re looking for a Finance Executive who is reliable, detail-oriented, and fluent in Mandarin, to manage our financial operations and e-invoicing system.
You’ll enjoy a flexible work-from-home arrangement while being part of a compassionate and professional team in the funeral service industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of accounts and daily financial transactions.
   
• Manage and operate E-Invoicing (LHDN system) accurately.
   
• Prepare financial reports, payment vouchers, and bank reconciliations.
   
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and expense control.
   
• Liaise directly with the Managing Director for financial planning and updates.
   
• Attend occasional meetings with management (schedule is flexible).

Job Requirements

• Must be proficient in Mandarin (spoken & written) – essential due to the nature of our business.
   
• Experience in E-Invoicing operations is required.
   
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
   
• Strong sense of responsibility, independence, and accuracy.
   
• Able to work efficiently in a remote/hybrid environment.
