Our Vision & Mission

&nbsp;As the Branch Manager / Assistant Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the non-halal food court at Pavilion Bukit Bintang. Your key responsibilities will include:

<li>Financial Management: Oversee the outlet's costs, profits, and losses, ensuring effective financial control and adherence to budget targets.</li>
<li>Sales Target Development: Set sales targets for stalls and mini restaurants, develop strategies to meet these targets, and monitor sales performance.</li>
<li>Cost Control: Implement and enforce cost control measures to maximize profitability and reduce wastage.</li>
<li>Tenant Sourcing &amp; Stall Setup: Manage the sourcing of new tenants for the food court and coordinate the setup of new stalls, ensuring smooth operations from the start.</li>
<li>Adherence to Company Policies: Uphold the company's rules and regulations, ensuring compliance by all staff and tenants.</li>
<li>Customer &amp; Tenant Support: Act as a point of contact for tenants, customers, and cleaners, providing prompt assistance for requests and queries.</li>
<li>Operational Audits: Conduct routine hygiene checks and inventory audits to maintain cleanliness, safety, and efficient operations.</li>
<li>Aesthetic Maintenance: Maintain high standards of the outlet's overall aesthetics, including food and stall displays, ensuring an appealing environment for customers.</li>
<li>External Contractors &amp; Suppliers: Serve as the point-of-contact for external contractors and suppliers, managing relationships and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.</li>
<li>Reporting: Prepare daily and monthly operational reports, analyzing performance and identifying areas for improvement.</li>
<li>Additional Duties: Take on any other duties or projects assigned by your superior as required.</li>
</ul>
