Job Summary:
The Café Manager Coffea Coffee Sunway 163 is responsible for overseeing all aspects of café operations, ensuring smooth service, high-quality customer experiences, and a motivated team. This role combines leadership, operational management, and customer engagement to drive the café’s success and maintain its welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily café operations to ensure smooth service and excellent customer experiences.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise café staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
• Monitor inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and service standards are consistently met according to company policies.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Support marketing and promotional activities to drive café growth.
• Collaborate with management on sales targets, reporting, and process improvements.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, POS operations, and daily reconciliations.
   

Job Requirements

 Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in café, restaurant, or F&B management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized, reliable, and hands-on with daily operations.
• Available to start immediately.
• Basic knowledge of costing, inventory, and scheduling systems.
• Passionate about hospitality, customer service, and café culture.
