We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team and provide strategic ideas to help achieve our goals. We're hiring rockstar Senior Account Manager (Corporate) to be based in Klang Valley. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing management strategies. As a Senior Account Manager (Corporate) , you will collaborate with our other verticals of the business closely for alignment. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our management.
Responsibilities:
Tasked with the care of corporate partners (Key Accounts) and managing of AMEs, you will be expected to:
- Manage and expand relationships with Key Accounts assigned to you
- Maintain and grow the revenue of each account assigned to you
- Be both data-sensitive and sales-minded
- Monitor each account’s performance metrics and ensure compliance with foodpanda’s operational standards
- Be able to guide, manage, coach the AMEs to achieve their KPIs
- Problem solver and independent
- Work with internal support functions to ensure that every transaction that goes live on the platform meets quality standards
- Strong knowledge of all aspects of the foodpanda business model and the online food ordering market
- To be able to brainstorm on strategies for key accounts and accounts belonging to AMEs
- To portray extraordinary analytical, presentational and interpersonal skills
