We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable team member to be the face of our Kubis & Kale outlets! You need to be quick on your feet, enjoy interacting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Your main goal is to deliver excellent service and ensure every customer leaves happy.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare tables and service areas, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene.
   
• Welcome and assist customers upon arrival.
   
• Present menus, suggest food and beverages, and take orders.
   
• Serve food and drinks efficiently.
   
• Answer customer questions and make recommendations for complementary items.
   
• Collaborate with kitchen and beverage staff to ensure smooth operations.
   
• Handle customer feedback or complaints positively and professionally.
   
• Process payments and assist with billing.
   
• Upsell promotional items when appropriate.
   
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all stations.

Job Requirements

• Malaysian citizen.
   
• Able to work in a fast-paced dine-in environment.
   
• Polite, friendly, and team-oriented.
   
• Hardworking, responsible, and willing to learn.
   
• Fresh graduates and SPM leavers encouraged to apply.
   
• Able to work weekends and public holidays. 

Preferred (But Not Required):

• Previous experience in F&B, hospitality, or customer service roles.
   
• A genuine passion for healthy food and customer satisfaction.
