We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Outlet Supervisor to support daily operations and lead our service team in delivering warm, efficient, and consistent customer experiences.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure smooth service flow
   
• Supervise, train, and motivate service crew members
   
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and SOP compliance at all times
   
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
   
• Coordinate staff scheduling and support peak-hour operations
   
• Assist in stock monitoring and basic reporting to management

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

• Previous experience as a Supervisor / Senior Service Crew in F&B
   
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
   
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
   
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work under pressure
   
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
   
• Passion for hospitality and healthy food is a plus
