FOREFRONT International is on the lookout for a passionate and driven Client Servicing Executive to be the bridge between our clients and our internal teams. If you're someone who thrives on building meaningful relationships, managing multiple projects, and bringing ideas to life, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and enhance designated client accounts, ensuring exceptional satisfaction and performance.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Spearhead project management initiatives, including timelines, deliverables, and budget control. 
• Engage in brainstorming sessions to conceptualize marketing campaigns and creative direction. 
• Convert client requirements into concise briefs for internal teams (creative, digital, strategy, etc.).
• Track project development, provide updates to stakeholders, and guarantee timely completion.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, reports, and post-mortem analysis. 
• Manage, coordinate and follow up on client payments and invoicing matters.

Job Requirements

In order to thrive in this role, we're looking for someone who possesses the following qualities:

• Possess a diploma or degree in any field with experience in Client Servicing or Property-related clients 
• Possess art design background being an added advantage
• A team player that blends in with the people like a chameleon to its environment
• A natural Don Draper in terms of appearance as well as verbal and written communication
• Places high regard for timely responses and have a flair in problem solving
• Writes briefs of precision, and is attuned to current market trends
• Capable of producing compelling presentation slides and demonstrates outstanding presentation skills
• Self transport is required (until of course after you’ve proven yourself)
