About the job:

  • Conceptualize and design print materials that align with project objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Create visually compelling layouts, typography, and graphics for printed materials, ensuring a balance of aesthetics, readability, and functionality.
  • Prepare and finalize print-ready files, including proper file formats, color modes, and specifications for printers or production teams.
  • Select appropriate color schemes, fonts, and imagery to enhance the visual impact of the designs.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across various print materials.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, printing techniques, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of print designs.
  • Collaborate with external print vendors to oversee the production process and ensure accurate and timely delivery of printed materials.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, we would like see the below from you:

  • Possess Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic/Multimedia Design or equivalent. 
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a focus on print design.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, layout composition, color theory, and typography.
  • Experience preparing print-ready files, including knowledge of file formats, color modes, and printer requirements.
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to deliver high-quality and error-free print designs.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of print design projects.
