Job Description

We are seeking a visionary Head of Interior Design to join our team and shape the direction of our projects. This role is ideal for a seasoned design leader who combines strong aesthetic sensibility with commercial awareness, team leadership, and end-to-end project execution expertise.

You will oversee concept development through to project completion, ensuring design excellence, consistency, and alignment with the company’s brand and business objectives.

About the Job:

• Manage and deliver interior design projects for offices, aesthetic clinics and showroom spaces from concept to completion
• Oversee concept development, space planning, design detailing, and material selection
• Prepare and review design proposals, drawings, and presentations before client submission
• Source product and materials as per concept proposal, schedule deliveries and coordinate installations with the suppliers
• Manage project’s budget and ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest design standards
• Provide strategic input on design trends, market positioning, and brand alignment
• Liaise with contractors to ensure the design and quality are executed as per specifications and of highest standard
• Ensure efficient project completion through effective design management, technical coordination, site execution, and quality control
• Support business development efforts, including pitches, proposals, and client presentations

Job Requirements

 We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Relevant interior design experience, with proven leadership experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual strength, execution quality, and diverse project experience
• Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, construction methods, and industry standards
• Proficiency in design and presentation software (e.g. AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, etc.)
• Able to understand the architectural design standards, materials, rendering and the impact of these on interior and exterior design
• Experience on product/materials research, sourcing, specifications and ordering
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
