We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Accounts Executive (Finance) to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and contributing to the financial health of the organization. 

About the Job:

• Prepare full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Book, and Reconciliation.
• Handle E-Invoice issuance, consolidation and implementation.
• Assist in processing employee’s monthly expenses claims.
• Handle billings and collections, including banking transactions.
• Maintain a precise and thorough work style for preparing and monitoring payments for all parties.
• Efficiently file accounting-related documents as well as compile data for reporting and analysis.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, solicitors, and bankers for accounting-related matters.

Job Requirements

In order to thrive in this role, we're looking for someone who possesses the following qualities:

• Possess Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting/Banking or equivalent.
• Candidates with Full Set Accounts hands-on experience are preferred.
• Well-versed in consolidation and finance experience is a plus.
• Experience handling property/real estate-related accounts is an added advantage.
• Required skills: Computerised Accounting System, AutoCount and MS Office
• Proactive and possess a positive working attitude.
• Candidates with own transport is preferred.
