Servicing more than 90 mobile operators globally since 2006, we are an award-winning company that develops scalable mobile platforms, delivering content subscription services, digital voucher, and e-commerce platforms, as well as mobile apps for all ages. 

Product and Development Department are looking for a motivated intern to join our Product Operations team. This role offers hands-on experience in the daily operations of digital products and services, working closely with telco partners and internal stakeholders. You will gain exposure to data analysis, partner management, and operational reporting.

Job Description

• Daily Operations Management: Support the team in executing daily operational tasks to ensure smooth service delivery across all products.
• Report Monitoring & Analysis: Perform daily checks on operational reports, identify anomalies or trends, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Telco Partner Support: Assist in responding to inquiries from telco partners, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Monthly Reporting Preparation: Compile and organize data for monthly performance reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness before submission.
• Documentation: Maintain and update operational documentation, including FAQs, process flows, and partner guidelines

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or related field.
•  Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, pivot tables).
•  Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.
•  Detail-oriented with the ability to spot inconsistencies in data.
•  Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
•  Able to commit for at least three (3) months
•  CGPA: 3.0 and above
