Job Description

1) Customer Service & Sales Management

• Advising customers on product information and usage.
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through service excellence.
• Handling the collection of payments for customer purchases.
• Issuing invoices and products to customers.
• Following up with customer complaints and reporting them to the relevant department head.

2) Outlet Operations & Inventory Control

• Performing stock in/out posting at the beginning of every business day to prevent stock-outs.
• Ensuring the outlet’s stock balance is accurate and tallies with the Forever POS (Point of Sales) System.
• Maintaining stocks (ensuring proper storage and checking expiry dates) to maintain product quality.
• Maintaining the tidiness and cleanliness of the outlet, and ensuring all servicing, maintenance, etc., are done in a timely manner.
• Maintaining the condition of the outlet’s equipment.
• Arranging window displays.
• Ensuring all licensing conditions are met and renewals are processed on time.
• Ensuring all utility bills are paid in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Education: SPM or equivalent.
• Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Preferably possesses 1 year of experience in customer service.
• Skills: Must be able to work independently and in a team.
• Attitude: Detail-oriented, reliable, and possessing good communication skills.
