Job Description

  • Assist in verifying customer repayment. 
  • Tele-sales via online platform (Response to customer enquiry via whatsapp / telegram / phone call/FB/IG) (** Cold calling not required)
  • Notify existing customer on promotion details by blasting message / SMS.
  • Processing membership application.
  • Managing membership bonus points and redemption
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Social Media Marketing (Vendor management & Managing platform content eg:Telegram, FB, IG
  • channel)
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Job Requirements

  1. Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  2. Fluent in English, Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin (Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu language is essential)
  3. Comfortable using computers.
  4. Excellent phone manner
  5. Preferable to have experience in Customer Service (but not essential)
