Job Overview
Due to the expansion of our business in Malaysia, we are looking for someone to take on a wide range of responsibilities, including supporting management and ongoing projects (such as interpretation).
Since we established a local subsidiary in Malaysia in August 2023, this is a new challenge for our company. If you are interested in being involved in the initial phase of building an organization, please feel free to apply.
Job Responsibilities
- Supporting and managing the progress of projects in Malaysia
- Attending meetings and business trips
- Preparing and filing documents
- Interpreting and translating (Malay ⇄ Japanese) during local workshops
- Handling procedures related to orders and deliveries in client work
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding procedures

Job Requirements
Required Skills
- Japanese language proficiency (equivalent to N2 or higher)
