End-to-End Design: Take ownership of the complete design lifecycle, from ideation to implementation, encompassing digital, mobile/app, and print mediums.

Mockup and Prototype: Create compelling mockups and prototypes that translate concepts into tangible designs.

Collaborative Teamwork: Collaborate closely with developers, delivering design assets and maintaining UI consistency throughout product development.

Global Coordination: Engage with international teams, including those in Japan, Thailand, and Vietnam to integrate their input into the design process.

Design Best Practices: Stay current with design best practices related to graphics, color, typography, and illustration.

Flexibility: Stay active and perform any tasks or assignments given by Superior. 

Job Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2 years of design experience, focusing on digital design, user interface and application.

Visual Design Knowledge: Intermediate understanding of visual design theory, including typography, color theory, composition, and iconography.

Design Tools: Proficiency in Photoshop/Illustrator, Adobe Suite, Figma, and XD.

Language Skills: At least an intermediate level of English proficiency. Nice to have Mandarin and Japanese skills.

Tech Enthusiasm: A passion for exploring the latest design and technology trends.

Adaptability: Open-minded and flexible, willing to take on a variety of tasks as needed.

Attention to Detail: An innate commitment to product quality, craftsmanship, and a keen eye for detail.

Cultural Agility: A global mindset and comfort working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Skills
