What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for an Operations & Admin Executive who can keep our day-to-day running smoothly. Someone who’s detail-oriented, organised, and enjoys being the glue that holds everything together.

This role is perfect if you:

  • Like things neat, structured, and documented.
  • Feel satisfaction when reports are updated and expenses are in order.
  • Enjoy coordinating with people, whether it’s clients, vendors, or teammates.
  • Want to grow your career in operations, project management, or business support in a creative agency environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Handle day-to-day operations and expense records
  • Compile performance data and prepare simple reports
  • Support client onboarding & vendor documentation
  • Coordinate with clients via email and group chats
  • Keep things organised so our creative team can focus on big ideas

What we’re looking for:

  • Good with Google Sheets & basic data entry
  • Strong communication skills (English & BM; Mandarin a plus)
  • Organised, reliable, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
  • A team player who loves keeping things running smoothly
