Job Description

 

As a Human Resource Intern, you will assist the HR Department in supporting daily human resource operations and administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Assist in maintaining employee records, HR files, and documentation in an organized manner.
  • Support the recruitment process including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and arranging interviews.
  • Assist in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and internal memos. 
  • Help monitor employee attendance, leave records, and staff documentation. 
  • Assist in preparing reports related to HR activities, staff records, and manpower data. 
  • Support HR in organizing training programs, meetings, and company activities. 
  • Assist in onboarding processes for new employees including document collection and orientation preparation. 
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company records at all times. 
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the HR Department or Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of HR functions and administrative work is an advantage. 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly. 
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic computer applications
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced working environment.
