Job Description

• Assist in data entry and updating accounting records.
• Help in preparing invoices, payment vouchers, and basic financial documents.
• Support month-end closing tasks and filing of documents.
• Assist in checking receipts, bills, and supporting documents for accuracy.
• Update spreadsheets and maintain proper documentation. 
• Perform general administrative tasks related to finance and accounts.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager.
   

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Accounting Management, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive working attitude, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Internship duration of at least 3 months (longer duration preferred).
• Working Location : A-9, 2nd Floor, Pusat Komersial Kuantan Perdana, Jalan Tun Ismail, 25000 Kuantan, Pahang
• Able to report immediately / as soon as posibble
