Vision statement

We are looking for a detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and creatively driven Marketing Executive to join our vibrant team in Johor Bahru. The perfect candidate will possess a strong passion for beauty and aesthetics, sharp attention to detail to engage with our community, and a gift for innovative storytelling that enhances our brand presence. This position calls for a proactive individual who takes initiative and is excited to bring new ideas to further elevate our brand visibility in Singapore and Johor Bahru. You will report directly to the Marketing Manager and work in conjunction with our spa manager, assisting with both strategic planning and hands-on execution. 
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with senior management and the Marketing team to develop marketing strategies and advertising campaigns to promote Freia’s brand, treatments, and products.</li>
<li>Create and curate engaging content, including graphic designs, shooting and editing reels for social media and other platforms.</li>
<li>Oversee social media accounts (Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu, TikTok), which includes generating content, managing content calendars, and engaging with users through comments and messages promptly and genuinely.</li>
<li>Design promotional materials such as posters, email newsletters, etc.</li>
<li>Organize and execute marketing events, such as hands-on masterclasses and product launches.</li>
<li>Develop relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to secure media coverage and partnerships.</li>
<li>Assist in managing the website.</li>
<li>Collaborate with external vendors for printing and creating marketing materials.</li>
<li>Provide support for miscellaneous projects or tasks assigned by the company as needed.</li>
<li>Conduct market research to uncover trends, analyze competitors, and identify opportunities.</li>
<li>Edit videos for promotional content and social media.</li>
<li>Create marketing assets like banners, advertisements, and product images.</li>
<li>Execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to enhance promotions and attract foot traffic.</li>
<li>Work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.</li>
<li>Assist in managing and updating our Shopify store (experience preferred but not required).</li>
</ul>
