Job Description

 Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Intern to support daily administrative and operational tasks across Logistics, Procurement, Production, and Human Resources. This role offers hands-on exposure to multiple business functions and is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn and gain real-world experience in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Logistics Support:

  • Assist in coordinating deliveries, shipments, and order tracking 
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and stock levels 
  • Support documentation for inbound and outbound logistics 

Procurement Support:

  • Assist in sourcing suppliers and requesting quotations 
  • Prepare purchase orders and follow up on order status 
  • Maintain supplier records and procurement documentation 

Production Support:

  • Help track production schedules and daily output 
  • Assist in preparing reports and documentation related to production 
  • Support coordination between production and other departments 

HR & Administration Support:

  • Assist in recruitment processes (screening resumes, scheduling interviews) 
  • Maintain employee records and documentation 
  • Support onboarding and general HR administrative tasks 
  • Assist with attendance tracking and internal communications 

General Administrative Duties:

  • Data entry, filing, and document management 
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations 
  • Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements

 

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, HR, or related field 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 
  • Good organizational and time management skills 
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn 
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
