Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of our café outlets. The ideal candidate will lead the team to deliver excellent customer service, maintain high product quality, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall outlet operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the service crew and barista team
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer feedback or complaints professionally
• Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving outlet targets
• Maintain product quality, consistency, and presentation standards
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety, and hygiene regulations
• Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and performance management
• Train, coach, and develop team members
• Manage inventory, stock ordering, and cost control
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and update management on outlet performance
• Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the outlet at all times

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field
• At least 2–3 years of experience in F&B or café operations
• Experience in a supervisory or managerial role is required
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, proactive, and customer-focused
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
