Job Summary:
As a Trainee Service Specialist, you will be the face of our brand, delivering excellent customer experiences while mastering the art of coffee preparation. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about service, teamwork, and learning in a fast-paced café environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages in accordance with company standards (coffee, tea, and specialty drinks) 
• Deliver friendly, efficient, and professional customer service 
• Take and process customer orders accurately via POS system 
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outlet, including dining and preparation areas 
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met 
• Handle cash and digital payments responsibly 
• Support daily operations including stock replenishment and inventory checks 
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations

• No prior experience required; training will be provided
