Job Description
Assist the administrative team with administrative task such as filling, data entry, prepare invoice and documentation preparation. Provide general administrative support to Administrative, Operation and Sales & Marketing Department.
Maintain and update employee records and HR database accurately.
Assist in preparing HR-related documents such as employment letters and form.
HR course will be provided.
Gather data and assist in compiling and analyzing employees performance to provide insight for management review.
Asssit in daily accounting operation such as data entry, invoice proccesing, and payment preparation.
Assist in bank reconciliation and monitoring of accounts payable and recievable.
Job Requirements
Interns with immediate October/Nov internship will be prioritized.
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance or a related filed.
Proficiency In English, Malay & Mandarin.
Able to work within deadlines with good time management skills.
Strong organzational, interpersonal and multi-cultural communication skills.
Able to work effectively both independently and in a team enviroment.
Internship duration: Minimum 3 months.
Good attention to details & willing to learn.
