The role will be the primary point of contact between clients and the logistics team. Your role is to ensure smooth coordination of shipments, timely communication with customers, and prompt resolution of issues. You will work closely with carriers, warehouses, and internal departments to guarantee a high standard of service throughout the supply chain.&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Responsible fo day-to-day shipping operations import and export shipment matters</li>
<li>Arrange shipping, inland logistics, custom clearance and etc&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure compliance of documentation complete and accuracy&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure timely update of shipping schedule to clients</li>
<li>Meet deadlines, submission and schedule itineary</li>
<li>Diligently conduct task and duty assigned</li>
<li>Assist colleagues to ensure smooth operational activity</li>
<li>Handle sales related document (BL, Invoice, CN/DN, SOA, etc.)</li>
</ul>
