Job Description

The role will be the primary point of contact between clients and the logistics team. Your role is to ensure smooth coordination of shipments, timely communication with customers, and prompt resolution of issues. You will work closely with carriers, warehouses, and internal departments to guarantee a high standard of service throughout the supply chain. 

• Responsible fo day-to-day shipping operations import and export shipment matters
• Arrange shipping, inland logistics, custom clearance and etc  
• Ensure compliance of documentation complete and accuracy 
• Ensure timely update of shipping schedule to clients
• Meet deadlines, submission and schedule itineary
• Diligently conduct task and duty assigned
• Assist colleagues to ensure smooth operational activity
• Handle sales related document (BL, Invoice, CN/DN, SOA, etc.)

Job Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and attentin to detail 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple task simultaneously
• Added advantage if experience in related field more than 1 years and able to speak Mandarin
• Preferable female
