Job Description

Fuji DNDT Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Intern to support the procurement and administrative functions of the Company. This internship offers practical exposure to purchasing processes, supplier management, inventory coordination, and cost control activities within a dynamic business environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and obtaining quotations from suppliers and vendors.
• Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and related procurement documents.
• Follow up with suppliers on quotations, delivery schedules, and order status.
• Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and filing systems.
• Assist in comparing quotations and preparing cost comparison analyses.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding purchasing requirements.
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and stock requirements.
• Verify supplier invoices and supporting documents for payment processing.
• Support supplier evaluation and vendor registration activities.
• Perform data entry, report preparation, and other administrative duties.
• Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as directed by Management.

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
