Job Description

Provide timely and effective technical support for end-users onsite, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

Install, configure, and upgrade desktop computers, laptops, and other peripheral devices.

Deploy devices to new joiners and collect returned devices from resigned staff

Perform routine maintenance, system updates, and security patches on end user devices to ensure optimal performance and security compliance.

Assist employees with software installations, updates, and application support.

Maintain accurate records of IT assets, service requests, and issue resolution activities.

Educate users on best practices for hardware and software use.

Collaborate with ICT team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

Ensure compliance with ISMS policies and data security protocols.

Respond professionally to user requests, maintain clear communications throughout resolution and provide guidance to prevent future issues
